How to treat acne and whiteheads?

I'm 11 and i definitely got alot of pimples especially on my forehead and i got a few white heads on my cheek..got any solution? and i mean a safe oneHow to treat acne and whiteheads?
Okay. I know how you feel I used to get acne so bad nothing I tried in shop helped at all. I went to the doctor and she gave me some tablets called oxytectircycline. They helped a bit but I ended up using them all and my acne still hadn't completely gone. So then I started using OXY and Freederm. They are helping to clear my skin. You find them in most stores. I hope I helped. If you are really unhappy with all of these results then I suggest that you either A) Go back to the doctor who can give you some more help Or B) Use a concealer or foundation for oily skin for Eg. L'Oreal Visible Lift works a dream. I hope I could help a bit. Spots, Blackheads, Whiteheads %26amp; acne are a pain and horrible but stick it out.
