i mean are there any tricks besides drinking alot of water and preventing greasy foods to prevent acne?? i have acne but it is not so severe that i need a $20 acne treatment, i just want to use something that i can find at my houseAny tricks to treat acne?
toothpaste does not work thats just a stupid little rumour.
Try changing your pillowcase like once every week (or even
more often than that) becuz the oil in your face goes into your
pillowcase wen your sleeping, and then sleeping on the same
pillowcase every night puts more oil into your face which
causes pimples.Any tricks to treat acne?
toothpaste, dries the little nastys right up. Plus it has a cooling effect which is rather pleasant. Just dab some on there, let it dry and wash off. It will really reduce the size and redness of them.
Preventing greasy foods doesnt really work. Some say that if you put toothpaste on it, it will dry it up. I have also heard an ice cube may help (but it didnt work on my pimple). Good luck.
