Treat acne, while working in sweaty job?

Just wanted to know what is the best way to treat acne while working in a job that involves me sweating all day in a dirty environment. Everyday I get new whiteheads during the day.. any suggestions??Treat acne, while working in sweaty job?
my hubby suffers with the same problem as you, he is a steel fabricator and welder so the dirt and sweat off his job makes it worse, we found that soap with tea tree oil in helps and a facial sauna, you know the things women usually own but never use? same as putting your head over a bowl of hot water, it seems to clean all the dirt out of his skin pores. hope this was of some helpTreat acne, while working in sweaty job?
Short term treatment - keep the face as clean as possible during breaks in the day. At minimum, wash with soap and water. At best, use an exfoliate and astringent. Another option may be to wear a headband or hat to prevent some of the sweat from running down the face.

Long term - see a dermatologist to get some antibiotic (e.g. tetracycline) treatment. Over time, this will reduce acne.
since it seems impossible to put anythin on his face during da day,it best to cleanse da face before bedtime and apply moisturiser or tree tea oil. eucerin,NEUTROGENA is a good brand.its best to take multivitamins during da day..make sure dat it contains zinc as zinc promote healing and helps acne.
If you鈥檙e looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne鈥?prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.

For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it鈥檚 advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.

Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

Drink lots of water to help get rid of your toxins; keep up with the ti-tree oil treatment as this is antibacterial (and an immuno-stimulant); try facial massages with Essential Oil of Geranium (balances sebum secretion) but make sure you have diluted it in a carrier oil first! Good luck!

PS if you are past your mid-twenties you could have a food allergy which is causing your acne...
Wash well and dry thoroughly then treat with an astringent, to day it up
During the day constantly wash(say every half-hour or when ever ur face feels greasy)with cool water, a gentle (baby, if possible) cleanser and pat dry with a smooth hand-towel. Try wearing a flea-net, but not a mask,if it's dust bothering you. At night, go to sleep in a cooler environment having treated ur face to a moisturiser pack. If you don't ur face wil soon get dry and chapped.
cant say this will cure it but if you eat a banana every day you get less spots.
