Disgusting question: What kind of spot (acne) is this? and how do you treat it?

It will start of a bump that hurts a bit under the skin, you know its coming, and then it becomes slighly white, then gets bigger and changes colour, it's filled with stuff and it hurts a bit. Is it a white head?

How do you treat it and make sure it goes away quickly. It always comes and takes a week to go away, after a few days it looks really dirty like I don't wash my face or something, how do I stop it getting bad, I tried tea tree oil it didn't work.Disgusting question: What kind of spot (acne) is this? and how do you treat it?
OMGoodness, do not try to pop that! You can scar yourself or cause the oil to spread into surrounding pores and cause more!

It's not a whitehead, a whitehead is just like a blackhead but further under the surface. They are not inflammed.

It sounds like a cystic breakout. Use a clay mask, I always suggest Proactiv's refining mask. If you want to prevent these all together, use the mask 2-3 times per week all over, or spot treat with it just as you know it's coming before it gets worse. If it's already there, put that mask on it, and sleep with it on.Disgusting question: What kind of spot (acne) is this? and how do you treat it?
i get those all the time.....i guess the only thing to do is wait

it could be becuase you are approaching the time of the month.....the horomones does wonders to the body.

but the only other thing i can think of is to pop that sucker
Try an wash you face with achocal an if that dont work then proactive will do the trick but achocal did mines
if a head dosnt appear and its a hard lump under the skin, you could be suffering from cystic acne. Whatever you do DONT try to pop or squeeze these. If it ruptures under the skin you could be left with pit scars.

A dermatologist usually gives cortizone shots to get rid of these.
that is whitehead. if i had whitehead, i always go to skin doctor and ask her to gimme some acne lotion otherwise i put small amount of dentifrice [mint flavour] to acne. it works best, the acne will get smaller, and vanish in 2 days
i get those when i get stressed out alot. i apply salycic acid on i a few times a day and it goes down. but sometimes theres so much in it that i have to pop it with a needle and squeeze it out. eww.
what you're getting reminds me of something that i often get. A large lump under the skin that you can really notice until it surfaces and looks terrible.
It sounds like a 'blind' pimple. They are the biggest and worst and most painful and they leave a scar until your skin naturally sheds the old skin over time.

I'm afraid I can't help you treat it, as I use a chinese cream which I can only get in HK. I would tell you what it's called, but it's all in chinese writing so I can't.

I hope I have helped in describing what type of pimple it is at least.
wash your face every morning and night with a facewash to prevent spots it sould get rid of the ones you have got and prevent new ones from coming.
ya its a white head clean ur face to try to avoid that
Never squeeze it. Instead of pushing the pus out, you're just pushing it further back into your skin, causing cysts and scarring.

If it's a daily problem see your GP. There are many antibiotic gels that can help improve the problem.
try using proactive it really really works it will dry them out and make them disappear!
I get these also. I usually prick a small hole into it with a needle and drain it- It works best if you put a very warm compress on the area for several minutes b4 you do this. It will bring alot of the puss to the surface. Yes, the tv says that proactive works- but I don't feel like having a monthly bill to pay for it. What has worked for me and my teen daughter are: Johnson and Johnson Purpose soap 2x day followed by Neutrogena Oil Free Moisturizing Lotion with SPF 15. Also, purchase a good quality blackhead/pimple extractor. ( Revlon makes an awesome one) If you are consistent with this treatment- you should have very few, if any, flare ups and if you get something- the extractor takes it right out.
wait and see
