Does anybody have suggestions/ideas, etc. to help treat acne overnight (at least, as a starting point)?

I asked about how to hide acne last night, but didn't get many answers (so far). I don't wear/have any makeup (although, I can if it becomes necessary). It's not that I get a lot of acne, it just seems that one pimple will pop up after a while and, once it starts to go down, another one comes up, etc...and then that last a couple of weeks. It's happening right now (obviously), so I was wondering if anybody has any tried and true methods on how to start treating acne overnight with at-home remedies? I've tried the toothpaste thing and it doesn't seem to work with me, but does anybody have any ideas, because the next five weeks or so are actually really important to me and I would really like to get rid of these as quickly as possible (or, at least, get them to start receding and then be able to cover them up, somehow). Thank you for your help.Does anybody have suggestions/ideas, etc. to help treat acne overnight (at least, as a starting point)?
Overnight remedies? Not going to happen! This for all types of skin! Here's the way to get rid of them and keep them away! Black Soap and Shea butter. The black soap will help release the toxins in the skin and the shea butter will clear your skin. My daughter had a bad case of acne(OMG) and this helps. Here's the information:

This is no joke, I am totally legit, but doing yoga works wonders for your mind, body, and especially skin. I also take a short, 1-2 mile jogs/runs every morning and evening. It gets my blood pumping and puts me in a good mood. When it comes to water, drink LOTS. It cleans out your system and it's all that I drink anymore. An extremely healthy diet is beneficial for healthy skin. So lay off the fatty, greasy foods and focus on having a very balanced nutritious diet. Eats lots of fruits and veggies, focusing on the very acid ones, such as citrus fruits and LOTS of tomatoes. The acids should clear up your skin. The Refining mask is the only part of the ProActiv kit that works for me, so it's the only part that I use. I order it of of eBay at a very discounted price. I use Clean%26amp;Clear Shine Control in the morning and Neutrogena Acne Cleanser at night, plus the mask when i break out. I also use Olay's Moisturizer at night. This will not work over night. Your body has to get used to a new, healthy, lifestyle. It will work gradually. Give it a few weeks to kick in completely. Nothing clears acne overnight, no matter what the ad says. Good luck [;
