What kind of acne is this and what is the best way to treat it?

Okay so my skin is usually clear most of the time but I occasionally get a few pimples on my forehead, but they are just round, sometimes pretty big, red or skin colored lumps that hurt when you touch them, so you can't pop them or anything...what is that and how do you get rid of one?What kind of acne is this and what is the best way to treat it?
it is mostlikely from your hair and the products in it. i would pay specail attnetion to that part of your face when you wash it and make sure it doesnt get to much product on it
