No, it isn't acne. It sounds like eczema. You have to go to your doctor for him/her to prescribe you lotion. Elidel works.


You have to moisterize your body at least 2 times a day. Everytime after you take a shower/bath you have to put lotion on (make sure it doesn't have perfume).
