Hey. Use tea tree oil. This helps dry out pimples extremely fast. It is also anti inflammatory and anti bacterial, so it takes away the redness from your face n all the pimples will decrease radically in size. Its 100% natural so it will not have any adverse effects and is easily available in pharmacies. Just beware not to overdo it the first time you use it by just applying it all over your face because it will burn the areas that are not infected n that will leave a scar.
