No...

Green wintergreen rubbing alochol, pour a bit on a tissue and wipe your face..you will see the tissue become very dirty. Do it every morning and every night before bed. This is one of those tricks that no one ever knows..The best part..the bottle is usually about 89 cents... I find it at vons or walgreens.

My husband had bad acne and he went to the dermatoligist and tried everything but this works and he is perfectly clear.

I suggest vitamin E! LOLz!
Dear friend, vitamins cant do wonders ,, please ensure that you eat healthy food, and most importantly,, dont ever go for facials at this moment if you have acne,,, use a soap specifically meant for acne,, and to go to a good doctr, mindful ab danruff,,,, too,, good luck,,
Not sure about B5 but I definitely know that vitamin a is used to treat acne. However be careful, vitamin a is a fat soluble vitamin and gets stored in the liver (fat soluble vitamins a much easier to build up in toxicity in the body than water soluble vitamins like your b vitamins). To be safe get the recommended daily allowance of vitamin A to try to help reduce your acne. If you decide you want to take more you will have to see a doctor (people who take Accutane, a medicine for acne that is a high dose of vitamin a have to get liver tests and if you are female you have to be on birth control since high levels of vitamin a will cause serious birth defects. It is also recommended that women don't get pregnant for two years after being on such a high dose of vitamin a).

here is a website about vitamin b5 and acne treatment which says that it doesn't work for acne treatment. The only proven vitamin shown to help with treatment of acne is vitamin a.

Well i have two remedies... The first one is just plain real honey. Put it on the actual acne and hopefully that will help. IF not the second one is... Take some poppy seeds and crush them with a blender or whatever machine that crushes, add olive oil to it not too much just enough to make a facial scrub and use it daily for one week. By the way ... for the facial scrub you cannot use it on open acne. Srub it all over your face for 2 minutes, just massage it in then wash. good luck
