Does anyone know how to treat acne without medications?

i seem to be struggling with blackeads and ocassional zits and a lot of oil..=[ can somone help???...Does anyone know how to treat acne without medications?
Use crusaders black soap. Scrub your face with apricot scrub 3 times a week, use a strong astringent to suck out the impurities, and last use crusaders fade cream to even out your skin tone. about $10.00 for all products.Does anyone know how to treat acne without medications?
Sweat makes acne worse. Don't touch your face either, unless your hands are clean. Pimples come from oil and dirt build-up in your pores.

Drink lots of water, it really helps your skin. If you are traveling a lot, I've found that water in different areas of the country affect your skin. So bring some bottled water or something to wash your face in.

Dairy, chocolate, and sugary foods have nothing to do with acne; that's all a myth. And washing your face TOO much can make it worse.
All you can really do is try to keep your face clean.

None of the medications work worth a crap - all they do is cost a bunch of money and give you false hope.

There are no real treatments either - it's something you pretty much just have to outgrow. Mine used to be horrible, and now it's pretty well manageable.

Diet can help to a degree - avoiding greasy foods (good advice all around actually).
dont eat much sugary foods(includes candy, soda, fruit juice with added sugars) which activate a hormone that produces oil in your skin, drink alot of water to clean your body out, and wash your face with hot water and soap

ive had this problem but its going away now so best of luck :}
Drying out the skin may be the last thing to do. If your skin is very oily, it /needs/ that oil and may either turn scaly or overproduce when dried out.

(That's what mine does, anyway.)

If it's bad, consult a dermatologist. But until this clears up, keep it simple: soap-free cleansers applied with gentle exfoliating sponge/cloth, and oil-free moisturizers for the spots that dry out too much.
Honestly i would try proactiv. It helped me a lot. My face used to be so shiny because of excess oil. Now there's absolutely no oil on my face. :) Plus they give you an instruction booklet on how to take care of your face. It costs a pretty penny but I assure you that its worth it.
cover all of your bumps that you have now with toothpast and they will dry up and then use that new wave thing and go over your face to even it out and then just make sure you wash your face good at leat 2 times a day

*if you a girl use non alergenic make-up and never ever use liquide foundation

help me???

Good luck
Drinking lots of water actually helps. Skip the sugars and stuff. I heard sweating also helps, so I usually go running and keep active.
wash your face and do not touch it so much. You might carry around a baby wipe or two if you are a sweaty or person who can get dirty fast. This way you are using a sterile something instead of your dirty hand.
Try lemons. Dab the juice on with a cotton tip. Open the pores with steam first.
Hmmm I was reli bad but i went on the pill!

go in the sun! its always good :)

cut out milk nd cheese well cut down dairy because it has added homones which may affect ur body.
cleanliness...............a clean face towel ,clean habits, clean fresh air and clean whlesome food
wash your face alot avoid oily foods
a good hot water and soap does the trick
soap and alcohol. tooth paste works too. anything that will dry out your skin
Yeah, when you take a shower......WASH YOUR FACE...! Pretty simple right!?
