Consuming olive oil to treat acne problems?

Pls tell me more about olive oil..and i would like to try if it really works...

How do you define ';acne-prone skin'; i have blackheads on my face and does olive oil really cure those stuffs?? Since most of the ppl say that acne-prone ppl are not advised to apply olive oil on their face, then can we CONSUME it INSTEAD OF APPLYING IT?

THANKS A LOT...i really want to get these acne off my face...Consuming olive oil to treat acne problems?
Your body wants to be cleaned out. What you need to do to get the accumulated rubbish out is fast on raw fruit and veg for a couple of days. Make sure you keep your face clean. It's worked for a lot of people I know.

Olive oil is good for you in many other ways but don't over do it.Consuming olive oil to treat acne problems?
I suspect you need to consume citrus (lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit) more frequently, so your body has the elements it needs to flush dirts and oils, and help to keep your skin vibrant and healthy.

Additionally, get 15-20 minutes of sunlight and fresh air daily (without sunscreen).

Also, take time to wash your face properly and prevent acne, and save time trying to ';cure'; acne.

Proper face washing:

Hot/warm water to open pores and loosen dirt, oils

Warm water to flush away dirts, oils, toxins

Cool/cold water to close clean pores and give your skin a ';drink';.

Olive oil is a great makeup remover, and a great base for pesto. Of course you can consume it. :-)

Happy Healing!
it is not advisable to apply oily product on the face.

Perhaps u can try aloe vera, make it into a mask n apply onto the face, or u can even buy aloe vera gel on the market, remember use only aloe vera without chemical substances...
Brewer's yeast worked for me and my friends. Forget about olive oil.
