How to treat body acne?

I know, body acne is gross. I have tried the Neutrogena Body Clear body washes, and they irritated my skin horribly... they even broke me out worse. Any tips would be greatHow to treat body acne?

i read in seventeen, that to get ride of it (idk if it works, ive never tried it), but if you get a over the counter treatment it can get rid of the dirt under the skin.
