Really clean skin, lots of water, healthy diet, and change your pillow case every night. DO NOT touch or pick !! Anti-biotics will help to settle it down but you've got to be vigilent with your aftercare to maintain a clear skin.
you can wash your face with a sandalwood soap or a mild oil free cleanser meant for oily skin.. just don't overdo it.use adapalene gel.. it really helps.also have lots of water and check your bowel habits.. they should be regular.avoid very oily or spicy food and non veg items. don't stress a lot as that may also be one of the causes.try doing pranayama-it's a very effective yoga useful for the whole body.but don't overuse soas and drying creams-they may only aggravate your problem.also use an oil free sunscreen to protect your skin and prevent darkening of the spots.
