it's true that it will clear up on it's own however i made sure i washed my little girl's face in the morning and at night and also rubbed a little cornstarch on it, it helped keep the moisture away. Other than that it just takes time.How can you treat baby acne or maybe it is a heat rash?
Baby acne will clear by itself, there is nothing you can do other then lightly wash his or her face
